We reserve the right to remove suspicious votes and disqualify accounts engaged in manipulation.

5. Tool Submissions

If you submit a tool for listing, you confirm that:

— You have the right to submit it (you own or represent the tool)
— The information provided is accurate and not misleading
— The tool does not violate applicable laws or these terms

We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any submission at our discretion.

6. Affiliate Links

Some links on AI Tool Arena are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you purchase through them at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence tool rankings or review scores. All rankings are based on community votes and editorial scores.

7. Paid Listings

Tool owners may pay for featured or premium placement. Paid listings are clearly labelled. Payment does not affect a tool's Arena battle results or community rating score.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of payment if you have an issue.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on AI Tool Arena — including text, design, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to AI Tool Arena. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without written permission.

Tool names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

9. Disclaimers

AI Tool Arena is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of tool reviews, scores, or recommendations. AI-generated content (battle prompts, recommendations) may contain errors.

We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information on this site.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Tool Arena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
